"Very nice hotel. Great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Very nice breakfast and evening reception. Fitness center is just okay. Equipment is in rough condition. Very nice staff."
"Extremely nice hotel and service! Everyone was really nice and the hotel was absolutely beautiful! The only thing that I didn’t care about was the pillows were way too flat, and I didn’t like the lighting that was in the bathroom around the mirror. Other than, everything was beautiful!"
"I've stayed here a few times on business. First the good. Amazing breakfast, amazing rooms, amazing staff, great place for a company meeting. Now the bad. Read ALL the fine print. I realize there may be charges for phone use, but seriously, $39.60 for 5 calls? I should have used my cell phone! And snacks? $11.37 for a Gatorade, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, and a itty bitty ice cream. Also, don't trust the website information. I planned my day on the fact breakfast should end at 9:30am per the website. Apparently it's 9:00am. I found this out at 9:10am. Fortunately the manager had them make an omelette for me and brought it to me."
"We stayed here en route to our flight and proximity to the airport. The 2 separate nights we stayed the ventilation did not work. When we came it was warm in Dallas and the AC wouldn’t turn on. The front desk lady was as super nice and gave us another room. On our 2nd stay the weather was cold and the room was blowing cold air rather than warm. I am not sure why the ventilation system is so bad. Perks - breakfast, workout room, pool, shuttle to the airport Things that need fixing - ventilation and no bathroom locks"
"Overall, enjoyed my stay. The pillows were too soft and my head wasn’t very supported. Also the constant sound of airliners taking off was a little annoying. The breakfast was amazing, though. That omelet bar was incredible! What an offering! All the staff was amazing, too!"
