"My husband and I stayed here during our stay in Dallas. The hotel room was really nice, the rooms and bathrooms were all clean and we ate breakfast at the grill both mornings we stayed. I was not crazy about the breakfast food and only ate there because breakfast was included in our stay. The rooms did get very hot at night time as well. Other then that we enjoyed our stay"
"I stayed here with my Dad and the room was awesome and luxurious. The beds were extremely comfortable, so my dad and I had terrific sleeps. The buffet in the morning is arguably the best part since they had everything you could want for a breakfast and the kindest and most terrific service. Would definitely recommend since it was the best hotel I have ever stayed at."
"This is a very nice updated hotel right across from Dallas Love Airport. Also a nice retro restaurant inside with many beers on tap, many TVs and pretty good food. The staff here is also amazing. Felipe at the bar is great. And today the two ladies at the front desk, Iantha and Karen, were so polite and courteous. They are wonderful team members who should be acknowledged. I highly recommend it here!"
"The location is good. The room I got was nice and clean. Parking is easy and felt safe. Giving it a 1 star because of the service. I won’t be going to Hilton hotels anymore after this, even though I’ve been a diamond member for years now. At check in they told me I could use my credit on their market and restaurant. So I used my credit for two days to buy energy drinks at the market. When I checked out, the lady told me that it applied. Once I got the receipt, there was no credit applied and they over charged me the things I bought. I called them and the lady told me they will fix the listed prices, but they didn’t refund me. Not only did they lie to me about using the credits, they also over charged me. I’m done with Hilton hotels after this. I guess it was really worth them stealing $32 from me and losing my years of business."
"A bit pricey, but I got a suite. Very spacious, so I deem it worth the price. Room service was good. My food was good too! Very convenient to the airport. Just a 2 minute shuttle ride. I will most likely stay again. Last time I stayed at Embassy Suites down the road. I won't make that mistake again!"
