"This was my first time staying here, and let me just say that it exceeded my expectations! From beginning to end. Everyone made sure that I had a great experience. I do want to give a special shout out to Jeremy Gonzales. as soon as I pulled up to the valet, he opened my door, greeted me, and made me feel very welcome. He asled about my day, and made small talk. First impression is everything, and he definitely impressed me. His customer service was everything. ( I myself work in customer service… so that says a lot.) Again, everyone made the whole experience very pleasant. But I will definitely be back because of Jeremy. I will make sure and recommend the Westin to my friends and family. And I will definitely be staying here again."

"Just arrived to check in and Guest Services was extremely quick and my clerk was very pleasant. However, when we returned to our vehicle, we were greeted by Mr. James Bryant. His smile is contagious and his charismatic attitude is unmatched! He went above and beyond to get our belongings into our room. I really appreciate good customer service but more importantly, good people!"

"This is the worst Westin I have ever stayed in. It felt like a motel 6 than a five star hotel. Bedding and bathroom cleanliness was not up to standard, I stayed ten days here and they were unbelievably stingy with the bedding and the fresh towels. Staff members were not friendly, and I noticed that every time I went from my room to the gym I was followed by a maid. Often times I would see her lurking in the corner, watching me work out and would only leave after I left. And don’t get me started on having to pay for parking!"

"we stayed here for four days, rooms are nice. bathrooms are nice. my complaints would be if we called for fresh towels or for more coffee they wouldn’t bring it and if they did they were very stingy with it. there was two people in the room they should bring enough for two people. the house cleaning people acted like it was a huge deal to give me a fresh set of towels, i mean they didn’t even have to clean the room the whole time we were there the least they could do is give me a fresh set of towels. we didn’t have hot water, i had to call 3x and tell them about it. was anything done i’m going to go with NO because we never had it. a $200+ a night hotel should definitely have hot water. no excuses! the keys for our room stopped working we had to keep going up to the front desk to get them reprogrammed. the day we were checking out we got asked 4x when & what time we were checking out. we will probably never stay here again. just very uncomfortable and for the price we paid i was expecting 5star service."

"The hotel was clean, the staff respected our privacy. Thank you to Mr. James Bryant for helping us take in all our luggage! I was not a fan of the door connecting our room to another one though, my girlfriends and I were just talking and laughing in the evening and our next door unit called security on us. I don’t feel like we got the price we paid for since our girls trip had to end at a certain hour to accommodate other people here."
