"We had a clog that flooded our bathroom and called Jared’s. The staff who assisted us were helpful, knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done each step of the way. They gave us options and didn’t try to pressure us into anything particular. Pricing was upfront and when something unexpected came up, it was discussed before a change in the original plan was made. They identified an issue that needed to be fixed beyond our clog. They scheduled quickly and ended up fitting us in earlier to replace our clean out which had collapsed/broken and was causing major back-ups to happen. I was sent pictures of the work that was completed, even though my husband was there when they completed the job. I will definitely go back to them again and again when we have plumbing needs."

"They did a good job installing my toilet. However, they were a little pricey. The other issue I had was to do with the parts. I purchased a toilet from Home Depot and had it shipped to the house. I failed to look at the items that came with the toilet out of the box. After installation was complete and I paid them I discovered the soft close seat was not on my toilet and was told that was the toilet seat that came. No one told me initially about the seat when they installed the toilet. I had to ask them about the seat after they left my home. I called and was told that’s the seat that was in the box. Very disappointed because I discovered it as I went to close the toilet seat after they completed the installation and had left."

"Called on a Friday afternoon to see about getting a toilet replaced, and they were here first thing Saturday morning. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They also replaced a couple faucets that I’d had sitting around for months, and did a great job re-plumbing under those sinks to accommodate the new drains. In and out in less than three hours. All the stars."

"Called in the morning for estimate on water heater. They came out quickly and gave estimate that was a fair price. I accepted their estimate and they were able to come out same day and install the new water heater. Install was completed quickly and very cleanly. No mess left behind. Very happy with the job done by Jared’s."
