"Professional outfit from customer service, sales and throughout the installation. Everything went as scheduled. Only issue was with my existing NEST thermostat (which for some reason did not work and had to be replaced with thermostat that came with the AC). Installation team were punctual, professional, and cleared up afterwards. Would fully recommend."
