"Charged for services never performed. Claimed that his Credit Card Machine was hacked, check was changed to Karen Diaz. Looks like Charles actually goes by Carlos Diaz and has been evicted in Harris County Multiple times. Luckily we have an updated address and are able to serve them with a small claims suit as well as have Law Enforcement talk to them about the forgery on the check."
"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! From my experience, this outfit is totally unprofessional, incompetent, and given the chance, will RIP YOU OFF! Their warranty is just as worthless as their workmanship. Once they have your money, you will never see them again. In fact, the service guy refused to leave the premises until my electronic payment cleared. NOW, I can see why! I was promised numerous times that they would return and fix the useless repair, which failed the first day. But they never did. Of course, they never returned calls as well. I finally gave up after their worthless warranty expired. Unfortunately, I did not check their reviews in advance as I had used A-Better (that's a laugh) Appliance Repair in 2019 and was satisfied. If you've already been ripped off, I suggest you try reporting it to the County Consumer Fraud office. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!"
