"Great experience with a needed dishwasher repair. The tech was clean and neat in his work. The office kept us up to date, and they delivered. Would definitely use them again (but hope we don't have to). Our dishwasher broke, and our home warranty company assigned MasterFix. We heard from them within a couple of hours (on a Friday afternoon). Then they called and set up an appointment for Monday (3 hour window). The tech was on time, very efficient in checkout, and quickly found the issue. Had to wait on a part, but even with that, 4 business days later, the part came in. They called and had an appointment available immediately. Repair done!"

"I’ve had several home warranties in the past. This by far has been the best experience. Tech was out within a day of making true service request. He didn’t have the part to fix the appliances but ordered it and has it within 72 hours. My dishwasher is working like new. Only gripe (if any) is that you have to make the request online, not via phone."
