"I am sharing this review for my parents who are 80 years old ..They previously had used this company and got good quality work ..They discovered a leak in their home and called them .They showed up right away and my parents were told the water pipes were all getting old and suggest a full replacement of pipes throughout the home …They were told it should take 3days ..at the cost of 6 thousand dollars and that had to be paid upfront and by check or cash only …my father agreed and paid by check …then it all went downhill from there they said Plummers name Shawn who is one of the company’s sons .Shawn said they would be back next day to start …never showed never called ..4days pass finally shows late afternoon …didn’t get much done few more days pass no show …finally again show up …This went on for weeks and the work they did do was a total mess ..so bad that another contractor had to come in at another 1200 cost and rebuild the shower wall that was damaged by Shawn do badly that he cut through the two by fours and there was nothing left to even replace the shower tile etc …one pipe in attic that was replace leaked within 24 hours and bathroom ceiling had to be repaired and painted by us.I understand that when you do a job of this kind there are several places where walls are cut …all that had to be fixed and replaced by us ..outside faucets were never finished and still can’t use along with a few others …my dad called and called to get someone to come back and everytime a no show …My son even made calls and everytime no show …I today made a call spoke to owner and I was told the son Shawn no longer works there ….due to customer complaints ..The owner never offered to make things right or send another Plummer out …one last thing during this ordeal my father ended up in hospital and that what upsets me the most …This business put so much stress on my family and stole 6000 as far as I’m concerned…People need to know to not use this company"

"Rude! Not only did they no show up this morning but when we tried to call we were yelled at and hung up on! He said they called and there was no answer. This was not true and when he verified the number it was our Landlord’s cell number and not ours. He wouldn’t listen and said “we should take our business elsewhere”. Terrible!"

"Does not do warranties! I did not use this company but wanted to put a comment so no one wasted his time. Very nice. Seems very capable of doing the work. Unfortunately my warranty company wants an itemized invoice and he does not do them. If I was not going through a warranty company I would use him. And he does mobile home work."
