"We had to purchase a brand new dryer out of pocket because they would not inform the warranty company that the appliance needed to be replaced after coming out twice and paying a service fee for each visit. The dryer vent had been cleaned out as well as the old dryer. It was clear the 10 year old machine had reached it limit. I am very happy with my new dryer but I wish I would've been able to have the warranty cover the cost of it. This was such an inconvenient and long process."
"Excellent service from Oscar who replaced gas valve on stove. Very professional and quick service. Only waited a day for the ordered part. Cleaned work area after finished. "The contractor was assigned thru our warranty company to inspect the cooktop. Per our discussion they told us to get authorization for repair or replacement. Later they just lied and updated the warranty company the burners were full of grease. Now the warranty company declines and we have no option to inspect thru another contractor. Not sure how long the company will survive cheating the end customers and helping the warranty company."
"Do not hire this company. Terrible and not professional. 2 guys came to see my oven, did not have tools and said the oven works when I stated them the oven takes hours to cook a simple lasagna. They did not even bring a thermometer to check on heat. Their visit lasted 5 minutes and said that it was nothing to do because it works fine, when I told them I hired them because there is a problem. Terrible service, not professional at all."
"The two times someone has come out under our warranty repair he’s has been awesome but y’all as a company refuse to fix the problem. This will be the third time our dishwasher has been looked at and a part replaced but it’s still not working. Y’all refuse to answer the phone today and fix our dishwasher. Why can’t y’all fix the problem you’ve been paid to do?"
