"I literally have no idea why this company has so many 5 star reviews. I called the number on google, the guy answer the phone “so you want pricing or set up an appointment?”. I say “pricing”, so he transfers me to roto rooter… I need a gas line extended through a wall. So call back and he answers the same way “pricing or set up an appointment?” I say “I just called and I was transferred to roto rooter… I need a gas line extended” he says “we don’t do that here” and hangs up on me… what TERRIBLE customer service.."
"Nothing but a fantastic experience. From calling to schedule to getting our water heater sooner than expected. Kelly ran late at the task before but still made time to come service us because we were completely without hot water! Communication was great, project was quality. Kelly finished up after 6pm and was wonderful about it. Would recommend!"
