Found many issues for lack of maintenance. Everything was communicated professionally and understood clearly. The options were presented to me and I chose to go with a new install. They were back out in less than 24 hours with the new unit ready to install. They ran through many issues from previous homeowner, but overcame all and ultimately left me with a perfectly running system.
