"I am happy for the people who had great service. I did not and have not ever received honest dependable service. I usually do not write bad reviews but I must say this company has given me the worst service I have ever had. I bought a brand new air conditioner and paid extra for it to be here in 3 days and instead it took two weeks. I did not receive a credit for the late delivery. My air conditioner goes out often but it will take days for the company to check on my air conditioner. I have spent many nights at hotels because of this. I have bought many air conditioners for my homes but have never had this many problems in less than a year nor have I had to wait even a full day for service. I usually wait 3 to 4 days for the company to come and fix a minor problem. It seems odd that a new air conditioner has so many issues. I will not be doing business with this company after the warranty runs out which will be in a few months or sooner."
