"Everyone here is just wonderful. I’ve had this group come look at our A/C twice. The first time, we had another provider tell us it was time to replace and the AMS technician bought us 3 more years of use with a simple fix. Now, we had our outside and upstairs unit replaced by AMS and I know we were truly taken care of by them. In the dead of summer our A/C went out completely and though we had to wait a couple days, they contacted other customers to try to move us up and also lent us a personal window unit to hold us over.
