"It started with a simple FB inquiry about a Lennox system. Drew, the owner, was 1 of the very few that responded. He gave me a simple education regarding HVAC system. Not once did he try to sell me his services or anything. He even suggested to read the reviews on Google prior to choosing anyone. I decided to give Drew at Mr. Reliable Heating & Air a call. To keep the story short, I booked an appointment. Stefan was sent over for the inspection of my HVAC system. He was very thorough of what's needed to be done. I ended up going for a complete HVAC replacement (i knew my coils were shot). The quote was right around the average I was getting from others. The following weekend was the scheduled work. Mario arrived and was superb! He made sure that everything was properly done and worked later than expected. He explained everything that was going on during the install. I can tell after speaking to him that he value his work quality. Everything went smooth and I couldn't be happier. I now have heat and most of all, COLD air! "The name says it all, Mr. Reliable is dependable. They were very helpful during our time of need in the Houston summer. Pricing was very competitive. While we were waiting to get the unit installed Mr. Reliable set us up with a couple of window units for us to get by. They were lifesavers especially with our 6 month old baby at the time.
