"The only one that deserves a 5 star rating is an employee named Joe, the rest were not even trying, also it took them 2 MONTHS to replace a HDMI port on the PS5. Made several trips to false promises, which cost me, gas and time for nothing but lies. Gave me a "$40" discount when they even charged me "$27" when I first visited and left the PS5 for repair. So an amazing real discount was for a mere "$13" after all the ordeal and hassle. So disappointed with the service. I wouldn't recommend this place, neither come back for another fix."
"Screen replacement on iPhone 13 Pro. Extremely easy to schedule and finished on time as promised, all in less than 2 hours from phone inquiry to completed repair. Not inexpensive, but I particularly wanted Apple brand screen, which was in stock, so no issues. Good people, great service! Highly recommended!!"

"Ordered a screen for my Samsung from these people. Was told it would take 4 days to receive. Then another 3 days of calling and no follow-up on their end only to find out that the part could not be ordered. Poor customer service. Basic business principles to follow-up. If they couldn't get the part, fine. To not let the customer know in real time is unacceptable."
"I booked an appointment online, 24 hours in advance. The appointment requested the repair type and phone model. I selected "Back Housing/Cover" on the "iPhone 13 Pro Max". I provided both my email and cell phone number and received confirmation of the appointment. The email noted that, "A technician may call you with questions related to your repair", suggesting that they would review my appointment. However, upon arriving in person, I was told they don't have the correct machinery to replace the back cover of my iPhone, and that I needed to go to the Richmond store instead. I wish they would have taken the time to review their appointments, so they could have called and told me this in advance, and so I didn't waste a trip."
