"Will not sell parts. Want you to pay out the a** for someone to come out and fix it for you. Not everyone is incapable of fixing their own stuff. Specially something minor. If and when i do need a person. I definitely wont be using these people."

"This has to be the worst experience I have had with a service company. I called because my dishwasher was broken, the lady was very helpful in trying to find a tech to come out on a Sunday, she kept me informed and was finally able to find someone the next day. The tech came out and says the issue is with the electronic and he has to order the part and it will take 10 days. He finally got the part 13 days later and came out and replaced it and says all is working well. That night when we tried to use the dishwasher it did work. I call the tech the next day and ask him to come out. He told me he is unavailable due to medical reasons but he should be back in ten days. I waited ten days then called back and he told me he is still not available. I call the main company again to send someone else since the original tech is not available and they told me that they will see what they can do. I called back after two days and another person said, they will see what they can do, I called back 3 days later and still was told they will see what they can do. I then contacted the tech directly and ask if he was available to come and finish the job, he told me that he is not available. I formally ask for a refund of the money paid and I have not received the money back. I first contacted this company on Jan 222 2024 and had to ask for a refund on Feb 20. This is a complete fraud to me, to do a job and cannot follow through when the client says that the job is not completed. I strongly recommend staying away from this company because they are unreliable and cannot be trusted. I want my money back."

"When it comes to service in your home, between work and other things, it can get hectic and chaotic. Spencer made 2 trips. One to diagnose, and the next to install the part. Probably spent a total of 30 minutes in my house. On the first trip he did a full diagnosis to make sure my oven didn't require any other new parts. I didn't have to follow up with them. They showed and called when they said they would. Now my oven can go back to spitting out 10 frozen pizzas a week!!"

"Arrived in good time. Technically, he was very diligent in taking the time to work with the electronic control panel in an effort to complete repair work. As it was, the old dishwasher has seen it's better days. Very happy."

"3/31/21 @ 3:27 Super rude couldn't get past zip code with the man that answered the phone. Can't run a business with no customer service. absolutely no way the 5 star company has real customer review. I'll pass on giving them any of my money."
