I really appreciated that they put on shoe covers before entering the house (hopefully they didn't wear the covers outside as well (I didn't see because I was working elsewhere in the house)). They were able to assess the issues quickly. From start to finish, it didn't take them long to complete the job. Professional, friendly, and efficient. "Russell & Johnathan came out within 30 minutes after calling them and had the job done in an hour! They replaced the outside valve and pipe & re-insulated it without a problem! We originally had our home warranty company come and they told us it would be FIVE hours before they could replace the valve! So thankful for Loyalty Plumbing, 10/10 would recommend any time!"

"Overall the experience at loyalty plumbing is a mixed bag. The phone call responsiveness and scheduling ease have exceeded expectations. I employed their services to replace several faucets and one tub fixture. The preexisting faucets were functional and exchange seemed to be straight forward. Prices are higher than expected even with discounted prices for number of items to address. The tub fixture required special connections which prompted me to drive to a store to get a different part or be charged further extra for installation. The entire process lasted from 8am to 4pm and was definitely nerve wracking. Two plumbers came but one was definitely either green or in a more assist type capacity. To add insult to injury, they respected my wishes to wear shoe covers only to wear them outside as well, negating the whole process. I later found cracking of the caulk sealant along my tub/cabinet interface following installation where they sawed off pieces of the frame and was charged extra for repair of damage to my home. They can get you in quick but for a price. Uncertain if I would truly recommend."

"Loyalty Plumbing installed an 11 gallon/minute tankless water heater in the attic of our 1930’s home. I was very impressed and happy with their work. Before we even agreed to have them do the job Aldo and Juan came out to the house twice to give an estimate and address all questions and concerns we had. I was impressed with how nice and respectful everyone was and how they genuinely cared that all of our questions were answered and that we were going to be happy with the work done. Installing the actual heater went very smoothly. It was a big job- they had to put the heater in a very awkward space due to the layout of the attic, and work with old pipes because it’s an old house, and they still got everything done in pretty much one day. We had concerns that we’d be without water/hot water for several days while the heater was being installed, but they worked until dark to ensure we had hot water before they left. Overall I was extremely happy with Loyalty Plumbing and will be using them again. Aldo, Juan, and everyone involved, great job."
