"Came into town for a weekend getaway to celebrate our son's birthday. First time at this location as it was very convenient to where he lived. Room upgrade I got was over the top with a spectacular view. Overall service from everyone was superb. Only thing is the beds could be softer...so hard...not what I am use to when I stay at one of the high end Marriott properties but it wont deter me from staying again. Breakfast buffet was wonderful as well each morning with great service."
"By far, one of the best hotels I've stayed in Dallas. Junior suite was surprisingly huge and spacious. Walk in closet. Many provided amenities, indoor pool and jacuzzi. Complimentary breakfast had a wide menu variety to choose from."
"Our stay was very enjoyable because the front desk (Sebastian) was very accommodating and kind. Robin is a dedicated employee that wore many hats during our stay. She made our drinks at the bar and served us in the restaurant both days we were there. Her ability to engaged in good conversation with humor made our stay fun."
"The hotel staff was very nice and professional. Robin helped us in numerous areas ( restaurant and bar) she was awesome and went above and beyond to help us. She was always happy and very helpful!!! The hotel was a little warm in rooms but overall a nice stay. I would stay here again. Staff was great!"
"This review is based on a day use rate through Resort Pass. The downtown Westin is not bad but not sure it deserves a full 5 stars. I have a few nitpicks. The room was pretty basic. I have not been to a Westin in a long time but I don't remember the Heavenly bed being so hard or the towels being so rough. There is no room service but the indoor pool was nice. We had it to ourselves. The only problem was that the room was pretty chilly. It was cold outside so it seems like they did not adjust the indoor temperature to match. So when you get out of the pool you are freezing. The only other issue was the cost for parking. Otherwise, this is not a bad hotel but there some other indoor pool hotels that are a better value for a day room."
