"My AC broke down just after 10 years. I was quoted repair costs of over $20000 from a large company in Houston. AMS was able to fix my entire system for a fraction of the price. The service was incredibly fast and reliable. We set a date, guys showed up on time at 7:30 a.m., and service was done by noon. The unit outside was replaced, the coil upstairs was replaced, the casing was replaced, even some loose ducts were hung up again. AMS knows how to take care of the customers! Thank you so much!"
"I had experienced my AC not working yesterday and reached out to Huy from AMS ColdPro as a recommendation from a friend. He responded promptly and offered to do a site visit the next day. He arrived on time and went straight to work and also made sure to inform me about his findings and made sure I was informed about the entire troubleshooting process. Since I'm fairly uneducated about home AC units, my general concern would be being upsold to an entire replacement when it isn't needed. But working with Huy, he made sure to do his best to find a way to get it fixed first. Would recommend!"
