"So disaster struck and my house was flooded with sewer backfill. I called probably ten different companies, one of whom came out to my house, shrugged a few times and then left. Toby at Imperial came to the rescue, and got me set up with expediency and transparency. He helped me navigate dealing with the city for their part of the repair and Allstate for covering the damages and applicable repairs. He was on time, communicative, and is a great leader for his team. A couple of his guys left a mess on my patio, and without me even saying anything to him he called me to tell me that he corrected that behavior with his guys and they'd be coming back to clean up the mess. His staff weren't even bad - I wasn't even bothered by it because they were all so friendly and good to me and my fiancé. I mean heck, they even brought me lunch when they went to go grab some. Toby and Doug are great guys, and you're in good hands when you call them."

"If you need a plumber in the Denton area this company should be one of your top choices. The plumber Sam is very knowledgeable, professional and just an overall positive experience. They came to diagnose what was wrong with my water heater and realized we needed to replace it. He explained everything in great detail and with a great depth of knowledge. They came in the next day and replaced everything efficiently and on time. They are honest and gave a great fair price for the work and materials needed. Walked through everything with me, recommended an electrician and just put my mind at ease. So if you need a plumber, call them!"

"Called and left a message, and quickly received a call back. I had a problem with some incorrectly installed drain pipes under the kitchen sink. After giving Toby the details, he let me know that he wouldn't feel right about charging me for a full on-site repair, and instead walked me through the repairs himself, and even called back later to check on things. You don't get that kind of helpfulness most places, especially not for free. I'll be calling Imperial Plumbing the second I have another plumbing issue, and I'd recommend you do the same."

He thoroughly explained the issue and what our options were, showing me along the way exactly what he was talking about and what the pricing would be for the different options. I forget the name of the gal I spoke with on the phone who scheduled my appointment, but she was most helpful. She was very friendly and also thoroughly explained the process (they'd been out once prior to our scheduling the work as they were initially dispatched by our home Warranty company who ultimately did not cover the issue and so we secured Imperial Plumbings services on our own accord). Seems like they have a great team all around and I'd highly recommend!"
