"I called in looking for a quote and spoke to Melissa, absolutely loved her personality and energy, she’s the reason I set up an appointment to come in and have my car assessed. Once in, she helped get my daugther set up with paper and crayons and hung out with her so I could fill out all necessary forms. Tim is the store manager and was really kind, got me a great rate and got us a ride back to our house. They stayed later to make sure that I got my car that evening, called promptly to let me know it was ready for pick up and made sure I had all the necessary forms. Highly recommend, definitely family friendly if you need to bring kiddos along."
