He showed up on time, within 30 seconds he determined that I needed a new fridge. When I asked John what did I owe him, his response was, I don't charge people to tell them they need a new fridge. "John came to check on a leak under my fridge. He knew exactly what was causing it and got right to work. He cleared out the drain line and had the freezer put back together within 45 minutes. John was pin time, professional, and thorough. He also made a few minor adjustments to the fridge like leveling and cleaning out the rubber gasket around the door. I am very pleased with his work and work ethic and recommend him for any of your appliance needs!"
"The company was very nice and professional from the young lady that answered the phone to scheduling the appointment. The service technician called and sent a text 30 before he arrived. He was able to diagnose the issue, took the dryer apart, replace the part and put the dryer back together. There is no sign that the dryer was ever taken apart. The price was very reasonable. If needed I will use them again."
