"My first interaction with Hightower has been very good. They were very kind and helpful on the phone and the technician that arrived was personable and kind. This is how I came to choose Hightower: Last year I had a heater inspection performed by a large HVAC company just before winter. They took a lot of pictures and claimed that my heaters would need to be replaced soon and my heat exchangers were near failure. I didn't believe them. But I did have heating issues that winter and began to wonder if there was some merit (not complete) to my previous inspection. Fast forward to now, and I wanted a second opinion. I searched a lot through reviews and wanted to find someone local with some history and found Hightower. Hightower came out, diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and replaced the part in the same day. I spoke with the technician to educate me uncertain parts of the system and it became apparent that my previous company was trying to manipulate me into buying new stuff. So I can say this - in my first interaction, I really like these guys. They were honest and took time to educate me. Gave me rules of thumb and all the things that I like to know. I think I have finally found my guys!"
