"It was pricier than most places to get my screen repaired on my phone, less than two weeks later my screen is again broken. I have been beyond careful with it. Whatever glass they used was cheap. I won’t be coming back for future repairs. I’ll make the drive to lewisville. Update: I called and your “discount” is still the same price as my old repair shop in lewisville. I’ll just make the drive as none of his screens have ever broken in such a short time frame. Like I said, I was extremely careful with my phone, it’s well protected in a good case. My lightweight vape barely nicking it shouldn’t have done so much damage."

"I needed an estimate on repairs for a laptop for a SquareTrade warranty. Diagnostic fee was $65 but honestly, worth it to get something on paper that says repairs cost more than the device cost to get reimbursed by the warranty company. Device was honestly cursed and had been sent to the manufacturer about three times, then to the warranty provider three times. Each time claiming it to have been fixed and being told basically "we'll give you your money back when OUR techs say they can't fix it" Tech Savvy upon hearing the issues knew what would be the problem and what it would take for it to be fixed, new CPU, GPU, etc. Took the device under diagnostic for a few days and gave me an estimate to take to SquareTrade after they finally said I could take it to an outside repair place."

"Had a tiny motherboard that needed an even tinier chip soldered on, afraid to try it myself. Did an excellent job, careful and neat and it worked perfectly after. It's hard to find someone even willing to attempt a repair like this that has to be precisely done, but that's what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get their equipment working again, excellent work!"
