"I've driven past this store many times over the years; never thought to stop in. Last week, I breezed in, just to ask a question about having my ring dipped. I was quite pleased to learn that they actually do that service in house while you wait. Because I arrived a closing time, I promised that I would return. Before I left, I chatted with the manager (I believe her name is Chandra). She was very knowledgeable and kind. She answered my MANY questions, even though it was the end of their business day. I returned later in the week and surrendered my wedding ring and the ring guards that needed to be repaired. The gentleman behind the counter tightened the tines on my diamond ring before he performed the service that I was expecting him to perform. In my opinion, that is good customer service. He did not have to do that, but it meant a lot that he did. I wish I took note of his name because I would have definitely mentioned it. Chandra showed genuine interest in making sure that I received the best service possible. She suggested a couple of things to enhance the appearance (several of the tiny stones had fallen out of my ring guards; she gave me two repair options. She also suggested that I have the ring guards dipped as well -- I haven't yet decided if I'll go that route, but I'm glad that she was invested enough to lend her professional opinion). She also offered a discount that I did NOT expect. Before our conversation was over, the young man returned my wedding ring, sparkly and looking good. I left my ring guards to be repaired and I'm looking forward to to seeing how it all turns out. I'm glad I made the decision to stop by. Both of my experiences were very pleasant."
