"Pretty much incompetent. On a service call for a malfunctioning residential heat pump, they sent out an apprentice who spent 5 hours poking around, then recommended I buy a new thermostat and also overfilled my unit with an extra pound of freon. Then, with problems still persisting, they sent out an experienced tech who finally diagnosed my system in an hour. All told, I blew around $700 for only a diagnosis with absolutely nothing resolved."
"Called to request an appointment to service my AC(90 degrees in house with three kids under 5 yikes) and was dispatched to a guy. He told me they don't do residential calls. Their website says they do. He kurtly ended the call and never picked back up when I called to follow up with questions and ask his name. They must not need or want new customers, so I'd call some other company if you're looking for service."
