"We got our LED on our phone fixed about a month and a half ago. Last week my touch screen started becoming unresponsive, I took my case off to try and clean my screen and noticed a ton of glue coming out the sides of my screen. I called them to see what they could do and they said they said there's no warranty and my phone being covered in glue is normal. They don't seem to care about their customers or doing things right. I'd recommend looking for other repair shops in the area instead of this one."
"i went to fix a broken screen, they fixed that but after that i had a problem that i didn’t have before they worked on it. I went again, it got worked on again and i was told that if the problem continued that they would fix it no charge. The problem continued so i go back and they tell me they gotta charge me in full to fix the problem that i didn’t have before taking it in. anyways they say they will give me 40% off but they couldn’t replace my privacy screen that i jus paid for the first time i took it in there, after paying and getting it worked on for the third time they said the problem wouldn’t continue, a week or 2 later it’s still happening. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone less u jus getting a screen protector. customer service was cool but they clearly don’t know how to fix a phone, i shouldn’t have to pay for problems they caused and then it still not be fixed after paying to get it fixed."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. Dropped of unit to be fixed. Was told it would be $60. Paid up front. Then they called and said it would be another $55 to fix. They didn’t say it was $60 to open it. They said to fix it. They also said it would be ready on Friday after dropping off on Tuesday. Well it wasn’t and my son was looking forward to a live event at 1pm on Saturday. Then we found out the unit wasn’t even at the store it was dropped off at and if we wanted it Saturday we had to drive 20 miles to pick it up a a store with a completely different name. After all that, we got there it wasn’t there and we had to wait for someone to bring it up there. Total run around the whole time. I would stay far far away from this shady storefront."
