"We used KountyWide Septic, now Cleburne Septic, to pump out our tank in Cedar Hill. I was really surprised they drove all the way to our house but so happy that they did. It was a hassle getting the proper approvals from the City of Cedar Hill to get someone they approved out there to pump our septic. Lisa was so sweet and patient. The technician that serviced our tank was very knowledgeable and has many years or experience. He didn't try to talk us into getting an aerobic tank since ours is 35+ years. I truly believe that this company is not one who will try to empty your pockets and scam you. Lisa also sent in our reimbursement request to our homeowners warranty company and didn't complain one bit. If Cleburne Septic covers your area, I highly recommend them!"

"My experience wasn't that great with this company. I really wish they had just said they didn't service my area instead of promising to to be available and then after I call back they tell me they can't until the following day then after that they said it would work out better for THEM" on Friday. The lady on the phone was nice but didn't seem very organized and failed to keep me in the loop. She sort of acted like I was an inconvenience to them instead of just letting me know they didn't work in my area. The only reason I found out about it was because the person I did hire to do the job told me. Anyway i ended up canceling and when i did she said good that will work out better obviously only concerned about them and not the customer. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone unless you live next door and don't mind getting treated like you're a problem."
