"I needed a place to board my 2 dogs when my mother in law passed. I chose Stay n Play because of its communal environment. I am a firm believer that a dog does not deserve to go to puppy prison just because their owners need to go out of town. I believe having a dog stay in a small confined area, especially in a new environment, causes great stress to the dog, only adding to the fact that their owners have left them for who knows how many days. My dogs LOVED Stay n Play. Their environment that simulates a living room complete with tv and couches and a/c was amazing. They both played with the other dogs and had a great time without a great amount of stress. My experience with having my dogs stay at Stay n Play has made me decide that I want to do something similar once I am ready to leave my current industry and move to S. Carolina. Thank you so much for all that you do for the pups you obviously love and care for."
"While there were good things about this place, I was very disappointed that when I got my dog home, he had an allergic reaction to most likely the food but she had not told me that this was going on. This made me believe that she was not closely watching the dog. My poor dog lost alot of hair. I did instruct her about possible reactions. There was also a frustrating conversation regarding payment. I sent through zelle and she did not immediate accept and it caused issues. I was very disappointed she didn't take closer care. When I asked regarding my dog she stated that I told her to keep the vest on. I always keep the vest on and haven't had an issue to this point. On addition, the reactions were all over his body and he had a full coat when I left him. I had to take my dog to the vet to help with the reactions. I sent her the same pictures and she had nothing else to say on the manner."
"I have never sent my dog Sophie to a boarding place before so I was very nervous but Mrs. Kathryn made me feel comfortable. It was a joy to receive photos of Sophie while away on vacation of her enjoying herself. We will definitely be sending her to Stay N Play in the future. 10/10 recommend."
