"I had high hopes for this store when I saw it was being rearranged a few months ago, and new staff was brought in. After visiting the store last week, all I saw was a very disorganized and unclean store. The outside of the store is in need of a complete makeover. It looks dirty and not what a store I would want to shop.."

"If I could give the staff a personal review I would. The older white lady that works the register was on her phone the entire time she worked. The line backed up (and there is absolutely no wiggle room throughout the entire store .. can some one say hoarders!!!) Down an entire isle and she moved like molasses. The customers were complaining and et she still never hung up her phone. This place is absolutely the worst in customer service. I will not be shopping here again. I'd rather drive all the way to the Rosenberg location."
"First time to visit this location and they have a bigger selection on items than other locations. Compared to the PLEAK location this one seemed more spacious and did not feel like the shelves were going to fall over on you and aisle's seemed much wider than most locations. On this particular day Sept.16.17 in the evening the store looked nice and organized. Was not crowded at all."
