"I always loved H‑E‑B cakes but today I had quite the experience in the Bakery department. They asked me if I wanted a name on the cake, I said yes but when the cake came back it looked a bit sloppy! My down syndrome sister kept saying her name is spelled wrong at her birthday party today…"
"I am giving 3 stars because when I compare this location to the other HEB locations, this store falls short in the aspect of variety of produce to choose from. The international aisle looks like something suffering from malnutrition. The items are either out of stock with empty spaces starring at you in the face. I would recommend that they learn from the Bechnut store in this regard. Update: I got some okra from this store, when I got home, I just put it in fridge hoping to cook it the following day and low, by the following day the okra was bad. I took it to the store, and the lady at the customer service desk could not apologise. She was so indifferent, and I asked her to apologize she said it was not her fault. Wow! How do you train your employees who at the end of the day, do not see themselves as a representative of HEB, is horrible. Do more trainings please."

"Love this place. A great selection, friendly staff, well laid out and welcoming. It’s a super grocery with standard items, household, a pharmacy, sushi bar, deli, bakery, meat and fish market, and more. Great gluten free and organic selection. Outstanding wine and beer selection. Fresh produce and more. This is a great place and definitely our go to when in the area. So bright, clean and fun to shop here. Everything is fresh, well presented and the prices are great."
