"I have always loved kroger but the whole buying of Albertsons and how high their cost is compared to HEB. Kinda has me going to HEB more at least there i can find a good spot to park.... sometimes lol"
"I usually don’t have problems shopping at this Kroger location but I made the mistake of asking for a cake box for my cake I bought from there today. Associate Thai at the bakery showed professionalism and good customer service writing out our requested message on the cake and proceeded to give us a box when we asked. It was then that Associate Shilpa gave him the eye from the back and proceeded to tell us that we can’t give out boxes which don’t have ingredients written on them. That was fine but when we asked if we could carry out the box after paying for the cake and put the cake in the box outside, she refused and told us if we wanted a box, it was going to be $3. I am disappointed that the bakery couldn’t accommodate a simple customer request. H-E-B is right down the street so I will take my business there when it comes to the bakery in the future."

I asked Ms.Katrice, where the Bandages was located, she told me where she believed they were at, but decided to take me to the location, to make sure that I knew where they were located. She went over and above to provide excellent customer service, and I really appreciate that. 5 stars in my book."
