"This was my second time to use Sunny Oaks. Markie, who a high energy dog, was excited going in and worn out after a few days of play. I signed her up for daycare two days a week. I am please with the service and the price. I know my dog, and this has been the best experience ever for her!"
"We picked up our dogs a day early and they said we were not expecting you until tomorrow. Their beds had a strong urine smell and were urine stained. Both dogs had unpleasant orders as well. I don't know if it's common practice but both dogs collars had been removed. I am not comfortable with that in the event they got out somehow. They also were unsure if we had collars to be returned. It was an overall experience that I was not encouraged by and will not be returning."
"Sunny Oaks Pet Resort is our pup's favorite place! The staff is so caring and treat the dogs, my wife and me just like family. Winston and Oliver are an inseparable pair, and they are kept together, and also get to play with the other dogs. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Their prices are very reasonable, and the service is over the top! Our pups give Sunny Oaks Pet Resort 5 Paws (stars to us humans!)."
"My 9 month old pup just had her 2nd stay here and loved it both times! The team there is great (even when you're super nervous about leaving your dog for the first time) and share pics and videos on their social media and your portal through the website. If you're nervous about your fur baby being forgotten about in one of the larger, franchised places in town (like I was), Sunny Oaks is a great alternative where they'll actually know your dog's name. Most of all I love that it's in a quieter area with enough open space for a dog to be a dog! Also, pro tip: go for the bath before pick up because your pup will likely be dirty from having the time of their life in the country all weekend."
