"This place is disgusting. Always smells sooo bad. Help is very rude. Pretend not to be. Goof place to drop your dog off if your a city dweller and can't leave your uncontrollable animal here. Groomers are very rough with dogs sometimes but that's just my opinion. Parking is horrible. Access is horrible. They allow too many dogs to be in this location...my opinion agian. Extremely loud. Dogs have no yard with real grass to go outside. I just would never leave my world class peterbald cat here.....but it is a dog loft...but I wouldn't take my animal here my opinion agian."
"I had my 2 doodles Mandy and Jackson groomed yesterday. Everyone was absolutely amazing, from check in to check out. My babies looked beautiful! I was even sent pictures which is a big win for me. They listened to my request and made it happen! Very friendly and professional. Thank you for all you do Team! I appreciate you!"
"My mini Goldendoodle, Gracie, has been going to Ruffit for about 3 yrs. and goes almost every day. Val is an excellent Manager, and the front desk staff welcomes Gracie every day and are so friendly. She has so much fun and is tired when I pick her up. Recommend Ruffit for anyone looking for the best day care in Dallas!"
"We just had our poodle here for the first time and Vanessa did an incredible job. I was very nervous since it was our first grooming appointment with a long hair dog ever. She even texted me throughout the appointment to make sure I liked the cut and it was just so nice. She’s also incredibly friendly and easy to work with. They also are obviously treating the dogs right in the back because he was being sweet with the staff when I came to get him and was in no hurry to leave. He wanted to check everything out and get more attention. We’re so glad it went well and cannot recommend Vanessa enough!"
"Great place! I live right near the Uptown location but I haven’t had very good experiences over there. If you live near uptown go a few more blocks to Oak Lawn, you won’t regret it!"
