"After trialing several local doggy daycares, BHV (Lake Highlands specifically) is paws down the BEST! After the first day, all the staff knew me and my pup by name. Each person there clearly loves and enjoys their job, which gives such a peace of mind while I’m working or away. Each time I drop my pup off, I leave with a smile knowing she is in good hands. They are open 7:30-20:30 too, which is so helpful for late healthcare hours."

"BHV Lake Highlands is the best of the best when it comes to knowing your pups are safe & happy whether it’s daycare or a long weekend boarding! Their staff is friendly and attentive, they make an effort to know each pup’s personality & needs. They have gone out of their way to help my rescue pup transition to daycare life and given her lots of extra love & attention. Best feeling to have peace of mind knowing your pups are having a blast while you’re at work or on vacation! Can’t recommend them enough - clean facility, thoughtful/awesome staff, and lots of happy pups!"
"Our family loves BHV Lake Highlands! Nelson loves to play with his friends everyday and comes home tired and happy. He’s always clean when he comes home (our previous daycare he would come back very dirty) and I know he’s properly watched and taken care of. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean and well tended to. They also post photos and videos everyday so you can see your fur baby, which we love! We are so happy we switched to BHV!!"
"We love BHV! We've been coming to BHV's Central and Lake Highlands locations for a year now, and they have been nothing but wonderful. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they are always willing to go the extra mile. Our dog has anxiety and gets stressed when left alone, but she loves coming to BHV, and it's the one place we don't feel worried about leaving her. They post pictures to FB and are quick to respond to calls and emails. Highly recommend sending your fur babies here for daycare or boarding!"
