He fully explained how each of the components worked to my wife and even took questions from me over the phone when I was at work. The installation was well thought out even in a tight space to give us easy access to changing out the various filters and UV lights. Sharon really is a great asset to the company. She always finds a way to work us into the schedule quickly, most times either that day or the next. She was helpful getting us on the schedule on short notice since our W.H. had bit the dust. She made it a point to tell me that not only did they appreciate our business, but they considered us “part of the family.” Given their wonderful track record of helping us, I can promise you that it’s not just lip service. We have called Chenevert’s several times when we’ve needed repairs and for installations. Every plumbing technician they’ve sent out is personable, helpful, and professional.
