"Ended up spinning out in the rain in the area on a cross-country road trip. Took my car to the shop to get it checked out and making sure it is safe to drive. They were backed up but ended up fitting me in within half an hour and getting me back out on the road completing the rest of my drive with no issues. Did not charge me a dime. "Just wanted to give credit where credit is due! Superior Auto is an excellent place to get your vehicles serviced and repaired. I have used them several times and each time nothing but the best has come from each encounter. I really like the process of communication through text messages with their findings of the problem, their recommendations, and the costumers ability to respond and approve or disapprove the work needed. They always give a fair estimate and never change it without contacting you again to give updated findings where their process starts all over again. Very costumer oriented. They just recently fixed a used vehicle for my son to start driving when he becomes licensed. I wanted him to have a safe vehicle for his first experience and they treated the whole process as if this was for their own child’s safety. Robert, Joe, and the wonderful receptionist make it a pleasure doing business. I don’t know the mechanics but I have a feeling they fall in line with the same type of service shown and I have never had to go back to fix the same problem twice so I know they are good. Keep up the great work and thank you!!!!!"
