"I don't recommend this shop and would give zero stars if I could. I called to discuss my vehicle and the process to bring it in for some maintenance service and to troubleshoot an issue and wanted to ask a few questions related to this. Immediately the owner was argumentative and flat out rude on the phone and began talking over me for no reason at all other than me asking about charges, parts and if I had to schedule or could drop it by. I guess I shouldn't be surprised as I stopped by this shop 3 or 4 years ago and got a rude reception at that time as well."
"I've used Flusche several times for repairs on 4 different cars of mine, Nissan Titan, BMW 528i, Ford F-150 and (last time) my Lexus LS400 to replace the timing belt. Other vehicles too over the years and they are VERY professional and ALWAYS get it right. Unlike most other local shops, I've NEVER had to take anything back because something was not done right. Pricey, but worth it if you want it done right!"
