Though that was not something we had wished to deal with, our experience with getting repairs was wonderful! Sam really went above and beyond to take care of us. He helped us get set up with a rental next door, called us frequently to update us on the status of our repairs, and even returned our car detailed! The entire office was so kind, organized, and professional. While I hope that we never need repairs again, if we do- James Wood will be our first choice!"

"I contacted this "business" to get a quote on replacing the crossmember on a Honda Accord. Unfortunatly I got some clown that refused to give me a quote without towing the vehicle to the shop, so they could see what other things they could rip me off for. Total scam. I can only imagine the endless items they would find wrong. Avoid at all costs. When a business won't tell you the cost of a specific repair, they are going to do everything they can to scam you."
