"I had a great experience this week at Skinny's in Decatur!! Caysen helped me reboot an old phone that died in 2022. The only issue was a bunch of dirt stuck in the charging hole. "Great service! Caysen answered all my questions, diagnosed the problem with my phone and gave me the honest information I needed to decide on whether I should purchase a new phone or not. In the end I decided to buy a refurbished iPhone 12 pro from them. It’s doing great, I’m very happy with it. While I was there I noticed that they are really busy, I think it’s because they do good work! They also have a super cool collection of vintage telephones on display. Check them out in these photos. Note to Owner, Caysen really is exceptional with your customers.
