"I had service and repairs with Kings Aire for years for my swamp cooler and heater. I purchased a new swamp cooler from them in April 2022. In October 2022 I was told by the technician that the company would no longer be servicing swamp coolers only refridgerated air systems. Since my cooler had a warranty of 1 year they agreed to do the March 2023 startup with a cost of almost $200. This did not include the heater turn-off. I did that. I am very unhappy with them now. Think twice before you use this company."
"Walker came out after office hours (7 pm), fixed the problems I was having with the AC, and even took the time to explain what the problem was. Not only that, he also only charged me for the overtime fee, no service or labor charge. Overall, excellent and friendly service!"
