"Had an issue with my heater system at my rental property. Called their main number and they were able to have a tech check the unit within the hour and have the issue resolved by next day early morning. They did offer to fix issue the same day but due to scheduling conflicts with my tenant we opted for next day early morning. "I already had a company come out to shut down my Mastercool and start up my furnace. The first night I used the furnace, my dogs were vomiting all night and I felt very sick and nauseous. I was sure I was having a carbon monoxide problem. I called the fire department and sure enough there was carbon monoxide leaking from the furnace and there was water coming off of my roof from the Mastercool. I knew the night time temperature was going to drop down to 30° and I was frantic to find a company that could come out on such short notice to find the problem and fix it. When I called one way Heating and Cooling, I spoke to Mike. I explained the problem as best I could and within 3 hours they were at my home. They were very professional and friendly and got to work right away turns out the vent above my furnace was not attached properly and the other company did not open the damper! Also the valve above the water heater that leads the air conditioner was corroded and not functioning properly. It couldn't be tightened and it was causing the leak coming from the roof. I was shown pictures from before and after. Everything was left in order and I couldn't believe the reasonable prices for the amount of work and time they spent getting everything set up for me and they tested for carbon monoxide. They left everything as it should be. I will be sure to give one way Heating and Cooling a call in the spring."
