"I calledOscar at dynamic because of the good reviewsAnd good works stated.He did come out to review the work But refused to give me a formal quote without paying $100.He assumed I only wanted It for taxes but I really just wanted a detail quote of work to be done. I then contacted him again and told him I had resolved my tax issues on my own and I only wanted the detailed quote For the work to be done.Again he stated it's $100 and I'm too busy to help you."
"After a long day of looking around for a drywall repair expert I contacted this company and noticing there 5 star reviews hoping they would be of much help, I contacted the number listed and spoke to a man named Oscar. He seemed friendly at first and willing to help, I asked for details on the project and was hoping they would become immediate help, but instead he completley refused to help without even considering to come look at the repairs to be done. After the details I provided for him, he assumed my apartment was filled with "asbestos/lead" and immediately turned down the job. He didnt bother to contact my landowner (which I provided his number for him) so he could ask for himself that there was no such thing in the complex. He plainly told me there was nothing he could do for "old homes" and that was the end of the convo. The one star is for me to write this comment in disbelief that there would be a company with nothing but good reviews to turn down a job without knowing what they would be getting themselves into in the first place. Extremely disappointed and let down by following good reviews on Google."

"Terrible service.All he had to do was fix ceiling (1 foot By 1 foot) Popcorn and paint. Well he painted splatter, my computer , 2 doors, chair , antique hope chest and 6 collectors flat caps. He denies it but hey he came a free 31 Oz can of paint . I guess he new the paint would not last. The star is for me to let post"
