"Never again! My TV was repaired, but it was all scratched when returned. They place the tvs on the floor against each other. My TV was on scratched and looked brand new, now it looks terrible from the outside. After asking him about the scratches, all he said was that it's impossible to not get them scratched. HOW ABOUT PUTTING A LINER BUDDY! AND TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER'S TV! If you don't want your TV to be all scratched up when returned please take it somewhere else. I should have paid a professional!"
"If I could leave a negative strs I would. Took my 75in SamCrap to get it fixed. Noticed really quickly how they treat tvs. Stacked up on one another. Just unorganized. My TV had zero scratches and I wanted to keep it like that. As soon as I told the man that please make sure not to scratch it he immediately replied " oh well I can't promise that so just go ahead and take it back with you". So I told him no its ok just fix it. 2 weeks later he said come get it I can't fix it. I knew right away from walking in that the place was garbage. If you don't mind your TV getting all banged up then I wouldn't recommend."
