"Called and made an appointment for Sunday the 4th, 2024, between 1-3. Waited till about 3:20 to give him a call as he was a no-show. Called no answer, left a message, then sent a text message, no response, no clue what's going on or what happened. This very horrible experience went based on the reviews for this person and was a complete letdown. UPDATE: My wife reached out to them again since they did respond to my review, and we are very pleased with the work they provided. Eric did an amazing job, was very professional, did a fantastic job, and upheld their word this time around. I can't believe the amazing quality of service we got. Eric was fantastic and really redeemed the companies bad experience we had. We are grateful for their prompt response back to us. Thanks again for everything. In the future, if we need service, we will definitely be calling them back."
"My water heater got messed up. They responded, came over, saw the issue, informed on whet needed to get done and gave the quote. It was a bit pricey for me but luckily we had some savings. They were very professional and started it would last at least 3hrs. I got water heater, gas valve, new hoses and was taught oh maintenance within the hour. Highly recommend."
