"Do Not Use This Company! First the receptionist needs to be fired. She is extremely rude and lied to me multiple times. She would say I'll call you back this afternoon and I wouldn't hear anything for days or even at all and would have to call back myself. Our compressor on our fridge went out. They told me the part takes 7-10 business days to come in. I was told they would pick up the fridge before the part came in and that was a lie. After more than 14 business days I finally had to call. They said the part was in but because the next week was a holiday week they were only working 3 days and couldn't come pick up my fridge. No one called to schedule the pickup even when the part was in! We were without our fridge for almost three months. This is the company whirlpool appliance gave us to use. I also called and made a complaint with them. Again do not use this company unless you want your repair to take forever and be lied to constantly."

"the receptionist is very rude. i called this morning to ask when someone would be available to check my washing machine and she said she would call me back if she could get someone out today, if not then next week. i called right now to see if she was able to find someone to come out today or which day next week and she said "NO i told you next week but i dont know a day i will call you back" like i have kids and we need clothes washed. sorry but a business lost. (i have used you all in the past fyi)"

"I have to commend Mr.Adolph for his work ethic. This gentleman is responsive, polite and very professional. He patiently listened to me explain what issues I was having with my washer and thoroughly explained the problem. I also very much appreciate the fact that he is respectful of the customer's home, I mentioned to him I have 4 dogs and he knew not to ring the door bell but to knock, this might seem like a small and insignificant thing to most but I'm very grateful for that small act. I highly recommend this business for appliance repairs, thank you Mr Adolph!!"

"This business has no integrity !!! For starters everything that transpired was recorded in my home, I have blink cameras for property safety purposes .The owner is a liar and wants easy work done . Claims the warranty company only pays him for one visit but that’s a lie . I spoke with the warranty company and they paid him for two visits , one which he never showed for . So technically that’s stealing from the warranty company . The warranty company now claims to be investigating him. He replaced the same parts for my appliance more than once and was at a loss as to what was going on . He’s a parts changer is what he is . Finally I was able to have my appliance replaced by my warranty company while he was here ,they realized how incompetent and dishonest he was . After, he called the warranty company saying that I detected my item so that they can void my warranty . This owner is a joke . Needless to say the warranty company didn’t believe him and still replaced my appliance item . Please avoid this business at all costs. Im expecting a silly response from the owner , completely denying everything even though my blink camera caught all his lies he tried to tell me."

"If you want rudeness, poor quality and unprofessionalism, this is the place for you. They had to come out twice and fix my dishwasher because the first "repair" didn't last and then they had to order a part that took 2 months to get here. Then they had to fix my oven combo. When it was time for the appointment, they called the wrong number, after I verified that they had my number. I waited all day and when I finally got in touch with the repair person, he hung up on me because he did not want to come to my house..which was fine. They rescheduled and it took another month for them to send someone; this was February. Of course they had to order the part. So in May they came out, repaired my oven. In July it stopped working for the exact same reason. When I called, the lady was so friggin rude. They want to charge me to come back to fix the thing they just repaired because they only warranty their service for 30 days! This is the best racket in town. Just provide substandard service and keep charging the customer. What do they care, we bought our appliances through Ferguson and as long as they keep paying them, they will stay in business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!"
