"I have boarded my dog with PetSuites several times and have never had any problems. She loves it there. The staff are great people and treat all the animals with love and care. This place is my recommendation for anyone looking for somewhere to board their pets."

"My dogs tore there $130 bed during their pet suites stay it would be understandable if this took place during the hours no one is present at the location but it happened during the day, I was viewing the camera and saw my dog chewing his bed so I had to inform them, as well as if their chew toys would have been kept in their room to begin with they would not have chewed on the bed but even for their toys I had to inform them to keep their toys in their room, my dogs ended up having to sleep on basically the floor, the luxury room did not have a tv as a stated or a raised bed, all in all I would not recommend this place what so ever, I use to always drop my dog off here but this experience was horrible. Overpriced, lack of cleanliness, and not well taken care of. I even paid for a grooming for my dogs before picking them up but they smelled like pee once I got them, absolutely absurd."

"This resort is AMAZING! My dog Louie absolutely loves going here. His excitement starts as we enter the parking lot, he knows he gets to see his dog and human friends. From the moment we walk in, we are greeted by a staff that knows Louie!!! The GM , Antoinette, goes above and beyond to ensure the staff is knowledgeable providing Louie a safe and special day. There are enrichment opportunities such as agility courses or painting canvases and even picture time during the holidays. The resort keeps me updated with a Pawgress Report that links directly to the app. Louie definitely benefits from the training sessions he gets with the resort trainer, Aqsa. Hands down, if you are looking for a place for your fur baby, I would recommend this resort. Thank you PetSuites Sugar Land!!"

"My dog Tracer has a blast at Petsuites in group play. They take such good care of her, and they offer great enrichment, which makes me feel less guilty for going to work instead of staying home with my dog. She gets to socialize with other dogs her size, and that has made all the difference in how she reacts to other dogs. The place is always clean, and the manager Antoinette is OUTSTANDING. She is so on top of things. She is the queen of customer service!"

"Well let’s see, where do I begin…. I had taken my kids to Disney World the week of 2/27/23 through 3/02/23 and was needing care for my 5 month old Shih Tzu named Rover. After talking with the very welcoming staff at Petsuites, they took us for a tour. We decided to spoil our Rover by getting him the room with the toddler size bed & Tv. (Not once did they try pushing it on you or “up selling”) I couldn't begin to express how much I truly appreciate everyone at Petsuites and how they treated Rover. Made him feel special like we never left. His own little vacation. As a first time pet owner I wasn't sure what to expect. It's safe to say that you and your staff most definitely exceeded my expectations! I loved the fact that I got daily emails and text regarding his daily activities, what he did well at and what he ate. This made my kids and I feel at ease that Rover is well taken care of. Last but not least, the price was absolutely unbeatable! I will most definitely refer to any and everyone as well as utilize this service in the future. Thanks again from my family (including Rover of course) & I!! Would give more than 5 stars!!"
