Dave, a technician was great, explained everything and allowed me to see the test results. The next day the installers were back to me first thing and did a great job. When it came time to work with our insurance, Janet helped multiple times to get the documentation just right, which then sailed through the adjusters quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very much recommend them!"

"We've tried a number of local HVAC companies but after calling Cool Climate, we will NEVER call anyone else. The first time I called they were here in about 8 minutes!! Our upstairs A/C died and we went a couple years without it because of the cost to get it fixed. They were the only company who actually explained how to pay for a big repair interest free. That was a huge help and allowed us to finally get it fixed! I have had such good experiences with them, my best friend called them and he became a lifetime customer too!"
