"It is tough to give a therapist a one star rating, but Ms. Fackler has earned it and then some....I originally stopped seeing her around a year ago because she seemed more interested in discussing the intimate details of her love life rather than attempt any therapeutic approaches or modalities in actually helping my poor mental health. Recently, I gave her another chance and was just as disappointed, if not more so, than the previous time. I have Bipolar I and Ms. Fackler fell into the age old group of people who are anxious and scared off from my honest and blunt thoughts, speech, and actions. Be warned fellow Austinites. This 'therapist,' does not have your best interests at heart. She even disclosed to me once how much she loved money...."
