"Not pleased at all. Initially the exam and experience was good. However, after that it all fell apart. They didn’t have my trail size contact so they were supposed to order it. I went into the store to check a week later and they had never ordered it. They did give me one to try at that point. Had to go back because the strength wasn’t right so we adjusted, not really their fault. Again, didn’t have my particular one but one close to try. They were told by the doctor to order the right size while I was standing there. Before I left I specifically asked it it had been order. I was told yes I just ordered them. Well today in the mail two boxes of the ORIGINAL prescription arrived which are useless to me. I will be returning them and finding better service elsewhere."
"My husband and three of our children go on the same day once a year. The last two years, both with Dr. Duncan, have by far been our best two years. The office staff has gotten much better over the years and in a time period where most businesses are understaffed it is a pleasant experience to walk in and experience a business that is not understaffed!"
"I had a scary episode with my eye called Clarkson Eyecare 45 minutes before close had never been there before and they took me right in. Dr. Duncan was very thorough and explained everything. Will definitely be going back for my yearly exam."
